Compact Groundwater+Acid

This is groundwater + acid, compact for lazy people like me who like to utilize far far away water source. Just plug this on the watersource far far away and not let those yummy water resources go waste.

Adding acid to give them pumps some work to do instead of finding excuse for slacking due to water already full. Compact, and there are 2 line, each line max output is 384/60 so only pipe III is enough, if you haven't unlock pipe III/II then pause some of the water pumps
