Converts 900MW of solar power to constant 675MW net output.
Works well in normal & dry difficulty, not tested in less dry climate.
Need 1 seawater pump & brine dump
Workers count: 204
Has an idle power use of 36 MW (to neutralize solar effeciency loss in havy rain).
Water self-suffient with a little excess.
