Basic Coal Power (saltwater)

Requires a small input of freshwater to get it going, but will self sustain after the distillers cycle at least once. System is self balancing and will not require any input other than coal (or fuel gas/hydrogen later if you want) once it's running.

The pipe balancer in the center under the coal belt (red arrow) can be used to extract the surplus of water this plant generates rather than it being exhausted as steam from the cooling towers.
