Heavy and Light Oil to Diesel

This temporary blueprint can take all the Heavy and Light Oil you might have left from early Oil production and create Diesel and Rubber out of it. You can also use it for Naptha or Fuel Gas->Diesel and Rubber.

Very useful after early Oil Refinerys with only Stage 1 and Stage 2 when saving the light and heavy oil.
