Jocker-QoL (experimantal for now)

This mod adds two requested Quality of life chages:

• The Flare building will not require workers
• OrganicFertilizer research is not locked behind Wheat (*)

* currently it's just unlocked because the mod removes it's parent,
this is due to me not really knowing where is a better place to place it
as it's got a recipe for animal feed into compost that is only available
when you unlock wheat and chicken farming.
once I figure out how to move the recipes and re-arrange the research nodes,
I will be able to correct this the right way,
