Adds a new statue building that consumes fuel gas (same mechanism as the original Statue of Maintenance) but instead of maintenance bonus, it provides one of four cycling global bonuses: +25% truck capacity, -25% vehicle fuel consumption, +5% world mines & rigs efficiency, or +5% Unity from settlements. Building 4 statues gives all four bonuses.新增一座雕像建筑，消耗燃气（与原版维护雕像机制相同），但提供四种轮换全局增益之一：车辆载重+25%、油料消耗-25%、世界矿井钻机效率+5%、定居点凝聚力+5%。建设4座即可获得全部四种增益。
