Covered solar panels don't care that they're in shade

I've slightly exaggerated the build to demonstrate (those are train tracks), but this is a rather peculiar quality of these solar panels.

Shadows are currently not considered for solar panel output computation. It would be quite expensive to do so, so for now this is WAI.
