Cant change to speed over 5

I can change speed below 5 using +/- but when the speed become 5,i cant change to a higher one

That sounds strange. Your not using another mod that affect speed? Also try to remove the folder and redownload it. I have not gotten any reports on this or have this problem myself with all the mods running.
