Diagonal Tops for Retaining Walls?

Hi, I was hoping someone with retaining wall experience might tackle a modification of retaining walls which adds a diagonal top to the walls, allowing for a smooth ramp of walls, rather than the jaggy method we have now. Think terrain flush ramps rather than staircase looking ones now possible...

Will investigate it, visualy it is possible, just adding few new models, but technically y don't know.
