Quite a few will not load now with the new update of COI. Hoping it is an easy fix.
Also Tested on a new (non sandbox) game. Went straight to research vehicles and used Cheat++ to set quick build.
Built a airship port and an airship. Docking works perfectly. I can only guess that it may be conflicting with some vehicle/building that only occurs once it is built and on the map. So, I would say, ignore it for now. Not an issue with your mod.
I was going to attach my save game but, the web site won't let me attach it here. Sandbox mode worked prefectly.
But here is my list of mods: Maybe one of the mods graphics is interfering. Note: The sandbox mode worked with all these mods loaded.

Sandbox Mode..... It works perfect. I have also loaded all the same mods as in my actual game. And same screen resolution.
So, it is not a conflict with another mod that I can tell.

This is only a very minor graphics bug. To put on the list to be eventually fixed. Not critical at all.
